More bugs with each new release of Premiere Pro CC : (
Just a quick video that demonstrates a bug in the titling system. Having said that I am hip to the vector motion controls for the essential graphics. https://youtu.be/RUrshYb8D1o

This has been discussed in several other threads ... and acknowledged. If you use the Assembly workspace, you can have all the tools without having to add them every time. Which is a bit of a pain, true. I assume a fix will be included in a bug-fix release at some point in the not-too-distant future.
As to the rest of the comments in the vid you referenced ... I have been pushing for the EGP to get full key-board shorts as those that are still available for the Titler. And would appreciate any other help on this! I thought I'd already posted this on the UserVoice system but couldn't find it, so I made a new "idea" post.
I'd love everyone to hop in and 'vote' for it ...
EGP keyboard shortcuts – Adobe video & audio apps
There are relatively few keyboard shortcuts for the Essential Graphics Panel, the EGP.
There are a TON of k-shorts still available for the legacy Titler!
We need to have all those k-shorts used for the legacy Titler available for the EGP both for speed of general work and also to make them available to all the X-box, Orbweaver Chroma, and other such tools for faster production work. Those devices need k-shorts to be able to activate things in an app.
As to bugs in general ... I've hung around this forum for several years now. The number of bugs in the last couple releases ... and the posts about them here ... are way down from prior releases. Not gone, but a lot less than it used to be. I appreciate that effort.
That said, yea, we all like to get a release with as few bugs as possible. But being as the policy for PrPro is to support a wider array of media, assets, and gear than any other NLE ... that comes with some inherent stability issues. One big topic of aisle-discussions at the last NAB in Vegas was a wondering if PrPro should pull back on the array of formats/codec/assets and supported gear in order to ensure better stability.
That in and of itself would infuriate some users, but the stability gain would be a plus for the others. Hard choice.
And ... there are still some limitations in the EGP setup, but the future is there for the coolest and far-out-est graphics, and the ability to share those with other users both within a shop/team/"house" and with other users. It is a very different beast to use, and you can't go directly from the Titler to the EGP/mogrts thing without some education.
I was the proof-reader for language style (and catching things in the content if I could!) for Jarle Leirpoll's now book on making mogrts. Adobe's staff were rather impressed with it, and arranged to have it downloadable for free on their own servers.
It's about the process for making mogrts in AfterEffects to be used in PrPro ... but it gives a very good look at the mogrt process.
