None of the currently available versions. You see, both Intel and AMD had completely ended all support for the CPU and GPU components about a year ago. AMD had ended all support for all of the pre-4th-Gen GCN HPUs, including the entire Rx 200 and Rx 300 series, in July of last year while Intel completely ended all support for all 4th- and 5th-Gen Core i-series CPUs at the end of June 2021.

In other words, you will definitely need a completely new PC just to run Adobe programs properly (in their currently available versions).
