Motion Blur effekt Transform tool in Premiere

Heyy guys I just wanted to try the automatic motion blur of the transform effect for example for text animation. But all it does is, that my text doesnt move anymore but instead is weirdly wiped of the screen what do I do wrong?🥲🥲

    Please use screencapture software so we can see what is going on before and after adding the effect.

    Like you see in the video....before everything is working, normal key frame animation and after enableling the motion blur option you just hvae this weird bug
