Had a simpliar issue where the motion graphics on the timeline had lines through them and wouldn't playback. Find the bin that has your motion graphics templates that you've used are in, should be in the main project window, then right click on them and relink. Hope this helps someone!

Mine always do this too (motion graphics i get from Premiere Pro etc). Did you figure out how to fix it?

the mogrts might need to be exported again from After Effects with

minimal settings like avoiding multiframe rendering and GPU acceleration,

and might need to run the latest version of Expression Universalizer

before exporting mogrts if it contains expressions.

you can pm me the mogrt if you want.

@Carlos Ziadehi carlos, i face many problem with MOGRTS "corupted" in PP 22.1.2, until now i have no idea how to make this MOGRT works. Is this a solution? re-exported again by not using multiframe render?

try it and try setting the after effects renderer to software only as well,

also try to purge all memory and disk cache from after effects (Edit)

is your system running in English or another language? (expressions need to be universalized)

Are these your own mogrts? Or did someone create them for you?

Maybe your templates are 4K and your sequence is Full HD, so try to scale it down to 50%... Just a wild guess.

The templates when dropped on the timeline load in with no content to edit. It is treating it like a new layer essentially with no templated info.

so are you signed in to the Creative Cloud and loading in MOGRTs from Essential Graphics panel?

Some of them are Premium and might load in your timeline, but will request that you license them. So if you are not signed in or using an old version or something like that... they might not work. Most also load fonts when you drag them in, so again being signed in and connected to the internet will be important.

You can try selecting the "FREE" checkbox and see if those load? You should be able to just drag them in... some can take a few minutes to load.... and then you play them back.

Another issue could maybe be your computer? Perhaps you can try calling Adober Support, so you can share your screen and they can try to resolve it.

best,

are you sure they are not UNDER your video?

If not, I would try cleaning prefrences and plug-in cache.

hold down Shift-Alt (Windows) or Shift-Option (Mac OS) while the application is starting

hope that helps

No they are above my video.
Sadly did not work, even after clearning the caches.
Even reinstalling the mogrts doesn't work, it is a small issue some of them work and some don't I can make do.
