Motions Graphics problem

Every time I try to use Motions Graphics I get the message that the template is corrupt, I have no message that I need to update my system. What can I do?

I actually moved the project to a PC and now think that it's a problem with my Mac and not the program. Thanks Kevin

Thank you for the reply, I've not added any templates these are what came with the Premiere Pro package.
