Recently purchased a new Macbook and I found a unique issue I didn't have before.
When I put my panel items into a stacked group, my scroll wheel will not work properly. It will start to scroll for the smallest bit, but then stop entirely.
When unstacked, it works fine and I can scroll perfectly fine.
I can hover over the scroll wheel and it will work, however, this has never happened to me prior. And it is so narrow, it impedes my workflow. I would like to get back to using it how I always have before.
I have attached a screen recording to show the issue properly. Obviously, when nothing is happening, I am in fact attempting to scroll with my mouse wheel.
Using:
Premiere Version 25.2.0
macOS Sequoia - Ver. 15.3.1
Hi @kristian_8241 - Thanks for submitting your bug report. We need a few more details to try to help with the issue.
I believe Premiere has always been like that when using stacked panel group. If you hover your mouse over scroll bar and then scroll do you still see the issue?
Sorry for the frustration.

Reset Preferences
and or try a different mouse.

I tried both of those options. Unfortunately, still having the same issue.
- Reset the preferences (This is actually the FIRST project I did with this new mac, so premiere was set to its stock preferences, but I resest everything I could anyway)
- Tried 2 different mice (BT and Wired) and still the same issue.

Yes, that does work. That is my current work-around haha.
I was working on a very old mac prior, and it did allow me to scroll on the menu, but that could have been due to an old machine or outdated version?
If that's just how it is, then I can make it work. I was just wondering if that was a bug or not.
