Hello, really need here.

I recently have updated my adobe Premier Pro to 2018 and ever since then. My .MOV files haven't been working, funnily enough previous versions have. anyone have ideas what I could do?

Well...I might argue whether an iPhone is suitable media, especially when paired with an app like FilmicPro. Also, iPhone footage excels in Final Cut Pro X, naturally, which is how I've remedied this particular problem. I'll either just edit there, or flip it out to ProRes for use in Premiere Pro.

My other thought is to use Handbrake or MPEG Streamclip possibly, to transcode your mov into another codec.

Were your mov files shot with variable frames per second...like with an iphone?

Yes, it was shot with an iPhone 7 at 60fps
