Move Premiere Pro data on hard drive ?????

Hello, I need help.I have a computer rather nil and I lack space. Solution: I have a hard drive that can hold the data.Problem: All the data goes on the local disk but not on my hard drive ever if I moved the Adobe files on it. So I wanted to know if we could change the location where the data can be stored or if they only stay on the local disk. Thanks.

And sorry I don't speek English very well so I used Google Trad, sorry.

yes. you can tell the program ( adobe ) where to put the cache files and you can have source files on other drives than your root drive.
