Movie in DCP

Hi,

I screen this Friday my last documentary movie at a theater and they are requesting a DCP. I was about to export but it estimated a file size of 1'1TB! (film is 96 min).
I read online that a DCP shouldn't be larger than 200GB, otherwise it will probably have playback troubles. I checked and the export settings seem to be all right (250mps).
Any advice?
Thanks for the support!
Miguel

The estimated file is ...  just an estimate.  I'd suggest outputting 10 minutes and see how big that folder is.

That said, I've had 3 or 4 shows I've worked on that have had theatrical play requiring dcps.  I've always had a facility with this sort of experience do the output and the cost included a screening of the dcp.  Not sure it's necessary but I'd definitely recommend that you make sure you have time to test the output well before the screening.
