Moving clip/image around in frame — without clicking on 'Motion' first?

If an asset in a sequence is selected, you can go to the Effect Control panel, click on that item's 'Motion' Fx, and then with the mouse in the Program panel move that item around in the frame. Is there a quicker way to get there (to get that blue box around the item), without first having to visit Effects Controls? keyboard shortcut?

I was hoping the 'Select Next Effect Controls Properties Filter' command (assigned via keyboard shortcuts) would do what you want. But while it cycles through available effects controls it does not highlight them  - so no go there.

Does not seem to be any other assignable key command that would achieve what you want - at least that I could find.
