Moving to a new computer. Want to keep all my settings and projects.

So i'm in the process of building a new computer with a new build of Windows 11.  I will be moving my existing drives to the new system, other than the boot drive which will be new with a fresh new copy of windows installed.. Its going to be a new CPU, motherboard, and most importantly, a new boot drive.  so i'll be having to re-install everything in CC.  I'm not going to use any mirroring software, as it can cause a lot of hidden headaches. I'm just going to do a fresh install.  I'm trying to be pro-active. I have lots of projects, while complete, i still may need to go back into their sequences and make changes.  All my clips will go back onto my new computer and i'll rename the same drive to the same letter, once its in the new machine E:Drive, but how to i save my settings and project history in the cloud, or to an external drive, so i can re-import when i install everything from scratch again.   Are there any folders that need to be taken into consideration, that are in the c: drive, which isn't coming over,  such as  %user%/appdata  or other typically found on the C: eg Program Files that i need to backup ?    All my PRV files are on a different drive, that will also be coming over.   All my prproj files will also be coming over.. Its more whats hidden on the boot drive, that won't be coming over that i'm concerned about.   Plus any plug-ins and graphic templates, that are probably hidden in the C drive somewhere, i'm concerned about.

Thanks in advance.

Sync settings is the way to go:

Dont use the PRV files: make new ones.

Plugins you will have to reinstall as well as 3rd party templates.
