I created a promo clip for use on social media and was asked to format the clip for TV.

For this, I had to convert the clip from MP4 to Apple ProRes 422.

For some reason, the clip now displays in a different aspect ratio.

I have tried everything I can think of to sort out the issue.

I have changed setting in the sequence settings to comply with either 16:9 or 1920X1080.

Nothing has changed.

I have tried a variety of different settings in export but still no luck.

For TV, they require the attached settings.

Appreciate any assistance in this matter.

You need to change your sequence settings to have square pixels.

I would start with something like this:

Thanks guys!

I did have square pixels but was getting desperate and was trying anything.

I ended up sorting it out with the issues coming from the export settings.

I also failed to see they offer an .epr file to download for the export settings.

Appreciate the help.
