Multi-Cam Stuttering Horribly at Lowest Res Possible

DELL XPS 8940 on Windows 11

Running 19-10900 CPU w/ 2.8GHz processor speed

64G RAM

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 Super - studio driver updated as of 26-Jul

Video is being pulled from an SSD

I'm editing in DNxHD codec in 4K. I don't know what happened but in the last week, my playback while editing together a very simple 3 cam shoot has become stuttering to the point where Premiere crashes randomly. I have the playback set to 1/16 res and it's still horrible. I've already checked my audio hardware, cleared my cache, rolled back to 22.0 and nothing is improving. I was working on this same file last week at full res with 0 issues.
