Multicamera not showing

I'm using Premiere Pro 2023 and I'm having an issue where my footage is only showing in toggle Multi-Camera view and is completely black in the program window, despite having sound. The footage is in MTS and MOV format, and I've tried rendering all of the sequences, but the issue persists.

Has anyone else experienced this issue and found a solution? Any advice on what else I can try to resolve this problem? I appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you.

This bug has been around for a while. Open the MultiCam Source Sequence and move the problem camera over a bit, then just undo the change. Go back to your working timeline and it should be back.
