Originally I had a sequence with 3 video tracks every clip has lowqual Proress proxies connected. No problems so far. but after I nested the 3 cameras into 1 sequence and did the multicamera editing I noticed that scrolling while having the timeline slightly zoomed out would cause navigating it really slow. I thought it was the thumbnails causing it untill I checked off "show proxy badges" everything went back to super smooth.
Just to clarify I'm not talking about playback. I'm talking about moving left and right and zooming in and out in the timeline.
