multiple computers. home and work. same project

I have a music video I am editing on a macpro.  i opened the same sequence on my macbook pro with eGpU setup.  it will run ok but I don't have the Boris FX plugins on the macbook pro.   It says missing plugins and i click ok prompt and I can work on it,  What happens when I open the new sequence on the MacPro with all the original plugins?  will it be ok?
