My Adobe Premiere Pro file is not rendering when I hit enter

I have recently finished a big project in premiere pro, and when I went to render it nothing happened when I hit enter. I tried going to sequence to render it from there and still nothing happened. All of the files that need rendering have red bars over them. Please help.

Do you have In and Out points set?  If so, remove them.
