My Display monitor keeps flasing black screen whenever I press play button view my edit!

Hey Adobe Community!

I have been facing this error for a long time, I Searched everywhere on YT and google, but I couldn't solve it.

Basically, the problem is, While I am editing on premiere pro, Whenever I press the Playback button, The display monitor goes black and flicks a few times in intervals of 5 seconds until it gets normal.

I have re-installed drivers, changed LCDs and even switched Ram's as well!
