My interface is disapper! How i can fix it?

Sometimes when i open Premiere Pro, the interface in the project disapper, and I couldn't do no more...

Force Quit Pr (on a Mac) or terminate the Pr process in Task Manager (in Windows).
Launch Pr
Before you open any project, go to Preferences>Media Cache and delete all your cache files.
Open your project.
