Hello, my premier pro 2023 keeps crashing during render and export. I have even tried switching to software only and it still crashes. I don't get any crash report or any type of message, my computer Windows 11 PC just shuts off. Here is what I have in my system:

Processor: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11700F @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz

Installed RAM: 16.0 GB (15.9 GB usable)

System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-base processor

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060

Drivers are up to date. Please help with this issue, I need to render and export my program to send it out. Thanks

PS

Don't knoiw about any Codecs

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

LATEST

1. clean media cache

2. delete render files from sequence or from video previews folder.

3. reset the premiere pro preferences (i hate to mention that every time)

4. make sure to update to studio drivers when updating your graphics card.

5. try to export to QuickTime GoPro Cineform or ProRes (you can later

export to H.264 directly on Media Encoder)

6. switch the video previews in sequence settings from H.264 to QuickTime (Cineform or else)
