When I try to inicialize Premiere 23.5:
An error report has been generated. Click "send report" to help us analyse the cause of the problem and explore solutions.
I've already tried the adobe Diagnostics. The possibilities the app suggested to me are:
-upgrade RAM (I have 12GB on my MacPro, and this problem doesn't happen on my note, that have 8GB)
-Reset app preferences: already did it.
Anyone knows what should I do?
