My Premiere Pro gets hanged up including the computer

Hi,

My name is Maddy. I am using the following hardware to run Adobe photoshop, after effects, and premiere pro.

Graphic Card AMD Radeon R7 450
Processor    Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700 CPU @ 3.60GHz, 3600 Mhz, 4 Core(s)
RAM 32GB
System Type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

However, I have been noticing that my system gets hanged up including the software.

I have upgraded our systems in Aug 2022, as per the requirements mentioned in the website. However, now with the upgraded Version 23, my configuration does not seem supportive.

Please suggest a solution for my current problem and also the ideal economical configuration required so that my system work smoothly for the next two years.
