my program monitor does not work when im unplug my second screen from my laptop

all the time when i unplug my second monitor from my laptop premiere pro or ae or even lightroom is not monitoring what am i doing in app and its happening in all of the adobe programs i need to use my laptop outside and there is no second monitor i can use so i need to use my laptop on is own but when im opening premeiere when second screen is unpluged program monitor is not working and i cant see my video or project and the video im making
note : i tried to reset workspace,program monitor,premiere pro and even my pc but it doesn not work and plus its happening in the other adobe programs too 
i need to work outside my home like my school which there is no second screen and i cant work with just laptop screen cause premiere pros monitoring isnt working and i realize sometihng now its not working when its pluged in too its just not working on the second screen

    oh i just solve the problem myself and im writing if someone have that issue
    firstly my laptop have 2 gpus one is coming with cpu whitch is intel udh graphics and one is rtx 4060 and im using and hp victus and they have omen gaming hub software , you can select hybrid (uses both cpus for efficiency) and discrete which is using just the 4060 and i was using hybrid and when im searching windows screen setting i seen that my laptop screen uses intel gpu for second screen and i changed gpu mode to discrete and reboot the pc and vola premiere works just fine
