Whenever I try to export a video, it turns out glitchy like this, I think its my graphics card.
since also in OBS i have an enconding error when recording.

I have arleady deleted premiere pro, I have restarted my pc, and I have the latest drivers in my Geforce 1650 GTX

Hi there,

Sorry for the issue. Please go to the Export panel in Premiere Pro, expand the video options, click More, and set the Performance field to Software Only. Let us know if you still see the issue with the exported file. This will help us determine if the problem is with the GPU. Please also check if any new updates for NVIDIA Studio Driver are available.

Thanks,

Ishan

Make sure to use a Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver), but not the latest version - it has issues with Premiere Pro.

Go here to download:

https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/drivers/results/218115/

Choose Clean installation and don't install GeForce Experience.

Because there is an issue with your graphics driver.
