My video is getting cropped in media encoder

I'm facing a problem while exporting video from media encoder. One random video clip gets cropped in half while it is perfectly previewing on premiere pro. The other videos are working fine but there's problem with just this one clip. How do I resolve this?

    i have the same problem and i've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but it doesn't work.

    Try changing your export codec to something like Prores or DNxHD

    Does it export ok using Premiere rather than ME
