My video is “slow motion” after exporting! Annoying

Question

I've seen a couple of threads about this without any clear solution.
I've tried exporting several different clips (4K 120, 4K 60 and 4K 30) from premiere pro (the newest version). Every single export has video that is at about 1/4 speed and audio that is completely normal.
I have just started using the newest Adobe premiere so I'm sure I'm doing something wrong. Never had this experience with older versions of premiere.
Any advice?

Here is a quick and easy solution, I kept my original sequence that was not exporting correctly. I copied the whole timeline then created a new sequence and pasted it into the new sequence when I exported this new sequence with my original work from the original timeline it resolved the problem.

make sure that your export frame rate matches the sequence and video frame rate:

sequence frame rate = video frame rate = export settings frame rate

simplest process:

drag your clip from the project panel to the "New Item" icon, this will

start a sequence matching the video clip, then use match sequence settings on export

for complex scenarios there are more advanced methods
