My whole footage is suddenly too fast

Hello, so I opend a project today, which I worked on yesterday, and suddently everything was too fast and not understandable. I have put a clip here so you can understand what I mean. Can anyone help me please?

Make sure Default Input in the Audio Hardware in the Preferences is set to No Input.
