Need help with a bug with "Replace with After Effects Composition" in Premiere.

Question

I have been having this issue for some time where I try to use replace with after effects composition but a weird visual bug occurs that is present in the final render as well as preview. I have looked everywhere online for a fix with no luck. I've tried reverting to older versions, clearing and reinstalling. The bug still persists. Anyone know why this is happening?
