New version 2025.0 not seeing ShuttlePRO

I've been using a Contour ShuttlePRO v2 with Premiere 2024 without any issues, but now that I went to the 2025 version of Premiere Pro teh ShuttlePRO is not working. My computer is still seeing the ShuttlePRO, but Premiere isn't responding to it. Is anyone else having this issue? Is there something I need to do in Premiere in order for it to work? I'm also using a Presonus Faderport 8 for my audio, and it works fine; but I did have to add it as a control surface. Please help; thanks!

Same. Reinstalled driver as per instructions. Premiere does not even show as an option in the Shuttle app. Last updates was Contour Shuttle 4.0b406 in 2021. I do not see a way of contacting Coutour Design. After Effects still works.

I would try Contact Contour Design Support to see if they have updated drivers.

Have a look at the Shuttle Device Control Panel, make sure there is only one Adobe Premiere option.

This was the solution for me! Delete old copies of your Pr settings within the Contour Shuttle control panel so there are no other instances competing for control. Thank you for posting this solution Richard!
