No audio after exporting

Hello, please, I'm struggling to figure out how I can fix this problem:

After exporting my video (with vocals and background music), the music doesn't sound after exported, why?

I read some discussions before, but I haven't fix it.

Everything seems in place.

Duplicate your timeline, move the music to A1 and delete all other audio, and do a test export. This is just a step in trying to figure out what's going on.
