No Drop down menu

It seems that I cannot change the format encoding section of the export window. Nothing happens when I click on the What would be a drop down menu. Is there a setting somewhere that I am Missing?

Problem has been solved. Spent a few hours on the phone with tech support. I am using an imac and I have a second monitor which is a smart TV. Turns out, this was causing the format drop-down menu in the export window to not drop-down. Everything was still there, had I tried the scroll ball. Thank you for your help and thank you Adobe Support!!!!!

This solution worked for me, but it's not really a solution. Thanks for letting us know. I hope Adobe gets on this quick as it's really annoying when I have clients or producers sitting next to me, and I look like I don't know what I'm doing!
