I guess that with mogrts, the same font used in After Effects by the author who created the mogrt must be installed

on your pc ... if its not, everything gets into chaos as far as I have experienced

now check this out from the amazing Premiere Gal :

If the AE user used a TypeKit font you will be prompted to sync that Font when you apply the mogrt in Pr. If they used a Font that is not TypeKit and not on your system then you will need to get the Font and install it.

As for the "Open MOGRT in Ae" tip, there is a quicker way in Ae 15.1. Go to File > Open Project > point to a .mogrt > click Open > Click Extract when prompted.

Have you tried just canceling that dialog?

It shows up but in Word it throws an error "There is insufficient memory or disk space.  Work cannot display the requested font."  There are hundreds of Gigs of free disk space and memory utilization only at 36% of the 16GB the systems are running.

With Photoshop the Bebas Neue font doesn't show up as an available font.  The other typekit fonts are there but it is not.  CC desktop shows it as sync'd.  I even removed it and resync'd it with no change to the results.

It is possible to think you’ve synced the TK font (bebas) and that there is also another version of bebas on your system. In that case, if TK finds another version of that font, it won’t complete the sync. I've had that happen to me and it usually shows a little warning triangle in the CC app that says it was unable to sync (or something like that). This could be part of the problem, if not the whole problem. Please remind me again... are you using a mac or win OS?
