No preview when capturing DV and HDV

Hello!

I am capturing a lot of Mini-DV in DV format and HDV format. At first I had a preview, but for some reason I didn't see it again, the screen is always black, it never shows image or sound. The captures are successful and there is no loss of material, but it would be useful to be able to monitor what I captured.
In other software, if I get a preview, then it's a problem with Premiere.

Any suggestion?

Software I use: Windows 10 64 bit - Adobe Premiere version 15.0

My hardware: AMD FX-6300 - Nvidea Gforce GTX 950 2gb - 16Gb RAM ddr3
