Delete the Media Cache and Media Cache files:

If that doesn't work, try resetting the preferences:

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.
from here:

If that doesn't work, try Preferences > Audio Hardware and set Input to None.

If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site. If NVIDIA, do a clean install of the latest Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver).

If that doesn't work, try creating a new project and import the old one into it.

Hi there,

Sorry for the trouble. I understand Adobe Premiere Pro crashes for you while editing. We're here to help you troubleshoot the issue.

  • Which version of Premiere Pro are you using?
  • Do you get any specific error code when the application crashes?
  • Could you share your system info(OS, RAM, GPU, etc)?

We'll look into this.

Thanks,

Shivangi

Hi, I´m using the last version of premiere, i don´t know if it´s an error code but when the application crashes it tells me that premiere it´s not responding, but it happens suddenly, there´s not an specific time.

Yeah sure, i would send you a picture about the information.
