Hi,
I am using Premiere Pro 2022, and I put a text /essential graphics object on a separate video lane..... but there's no 'Roll' checkbox, to make it into a credit roll. See the screen snapshot. There's only a mask text checkbox, but no roll checkbox.
Any ideas?
Thanks
De-highlight the text.
Roll checkbox will appear.
In the Properties panel, like all text/graphics editing controls.

The problem is deselecting the text layer so you can see the "Responsive Design - Time" (which has the Roll checkbox) rather than "Responsive Design - Position."
There is a very narrow area just below the text or other layers at the top of the Properties (previously Essential Graphics) panel. If you select one or more of those layers, you won't see the Roll checkbox. See screenshots below from PR 25.2.3.
Or you can click in the timeline to deselect the graphics item, then click it and generally, no layer will be selected.

Ruud,
Stan has the good screengrabs. There's some things about the new Properties panel that just aren't that intuitive, like ... needing to click inside that box but not on a layer, to get other things to pop up.
We've had long discussions on that here, and I'm totally disappointed that behavior is still there.
