No sound during playback - all solutions tried

Hello!

Suddenly I have no sound on playback inm Premiere Pro 2020 Version 14.1.0 Build 116

Nowthere, both in sources or on timeline and everythere. It is present after export and clearly seen on timeline and levels (seen on screenshot)

Ive tried to change outputs (no devices out of 3 worked)

Apparently I have sound on both 3 devices in youtube, system and everything else

The problem is common and I have tried all the possible solutions I ever seen:

Alt on start - reset preferences

Alt + shift - reset something else

Delete all the media cashe (folders)

Mute Solo track

Choose No input in Input selection

Any ideas please? I need to get a job done and cant find a workaround at all.

You said you tried different outputs but I just want to check that again. You need to make sure both your system and Premiere's audio hardware output are the same. If you make a change in Premiere's setting or the system setting while Premiere is still open, you may need to relaunch Premiere.

Thanks, we will never know as I used the last resort (CC cleaner)

(nothing)

then I cleaned preferences and cache once more and now it works.

I am having the same issue. Did you happen to be using a USB interface and monitoring via the output? I have two machines - one i brought home from work but only used for a few weeks before switching to my personal pc. Was working fine for months until work up to the same issue this morning. Tried opening the project on my work machine that has been offline for weeks; everything was worked perfectly on shut down. fired it up, and it had the same issue... I am in the middle of trying this 'solution' as well. Seems like it might be a bigger issue.
