One frozen video clip in my project

I have one video clip that's frozen in my project.  The audio still plays but the video won't.  After combing the internet I've tried everything that people have recommended  - cleared the cache, re-set the preferences, re-set the workspaces...nothing works.

 

I somehow had auto updates on (oh the regret!) and it updated me to 24.0.3 and it's been a world of pain with endless problems and crashes.  I'm running it on Mac Ventura.

 

Any ideas?

Import it again and add it to your timeline to see if it works, if it doesn't and it's playing back normally using external player, try to convert that clip into another format using Handbrake or any other free converter, then import the converted file into PPro.

Thanks so much - just tried and unfortunately neither of those worked.  Any other ideas?

Hmm I've just realised it's happening in the original clip now.  I swear it wasn't before as when I assembled the interview it was fine... I've watched that clip many times.
