Only audio importing

The more I use Adobe the more I hate this software. There is ALWAYS a bug. Its like owning a farrari that is stuck in your driveway and you can never turn it on or get the things to move, an absolute waste. I cant import MP4 video into my timeline. Audio imports everytime, but the video doesnt. I am at my wits end with Adobe. Adobe doesn't care about their customers and they have let their software become absolute garbage. I paid for it 15 years ago and spent $2,000, then I paid the subscription and these morons cant stop putting new add ons and just get their software to work. Use some of that money you waste on hiring some better programmers and get your software to work properly.

The most common user error is not source patching the track.
Solved by first opening clip in Source Monitor. Then drag/insert into timeline.

Some lingo: its not importing but drag and drop, insert of overwrite clips into the timeline.
