I got a 60fps h.264clip and transcoded it to prores mov, And interpreted it to 24fps, I slowed it down multiple times at different parts of the video, the first two places optical flow worked fine, but the third and following places optical flow didn't work, i rendered it and rerendered it, still wont work. i also nested it cause i got scaling in it.

i exported the whole video and that part still has no optical flow.

Ann's comment is quite correct. You are running too many steps on top of each other.

I would have t-coded that to 24fps to begin with. Not interpreting it to 24p after the t-code.

Next, depending on movement in the image, sometimes optical flow works, and sometimes it doesn't. You have to test the various options not just optical to see which works ... better.

Dont think its a good idea to interprete footage to 24 and then adding timeremapping.

Render the entire clip.
