Hi! My adobe Premiere Pro has edit in adobe audition grayed out, and I don't know why. I need to know how to do this because I have some audio I have to edit in Adobe Audition, but keep its order in Adobe Premiere Pro. Let me know if you have any questions, I will answer them, and Thanks in advance!

I am running Adobe Audition 2017
I am using Adobe Premiere Pro 2018
I think I see the problem, these must match, so upgrade one or downgrade one.

Can you describe what you are doing when you see this grayed out menu item?
Are you selecting clips on the timeline and right clicking to see the drop down menu?
Or are you using some other method?
What version of Premiere Pro?
What OS on your computer?

Which version of Audition do you have installed? And I presume it's running fine if you start that program up by itself?

No they dont.
Reinstall: Audition first then Premiere.
Use Cleaner tool:

Render the audio and then you should be able to edit in Audition. It's what I had to do and worked for me anyway. PC / Win 10

Also make sure that Adobe Audition is opened up first before you open up Premiere Pro.
