Output H.265 error

Hello, I am trying to export a video file in SD H.265 format using Premier Pro and tried it with Media encoder and I get the same problem, the video is from a SD 720 x 576 DV source and it gives me an error saying there is an inconsistancy in the file structure and cant write XMP meta data and after half hour of encoding, im left with a 24 kilobyte file that does nothing, whats going wrong??

I have also tried H.264, it works fine but after an hour or so of the video, the audio towards the end of the video starts to go out of sync with the video... so either format, I am having issues.

Not happy with it considering the money Im paying for this software..
