Over Exposed Footage!

So i have a video edited and needing to go out today, but Premiere Pro's new V22 update is now making it impossible for my to be easily colour corrected! When I edit the video I have it exactly how I want it to look, however when I go to export it. it is unbelievably over exposed. So much so that it is impossible to see how this could ever be a help, I will attach 2 different pics, the first one is Post-Render and the next one is Pre-Render.

I am fairly new to premiere pro, and I desperately need help as this video needs to go out for my company today!
