Over-sized drop-down boxes. How do I reduce their size?

Hi all!  Has anyone experienced problems with Adobe drop down boxes that are too big for the screen?  Every now and again I encounter one and there appears to be no way to reduce their size, or rotate them in order to access the buttons right at the bottom!  I can drag it down and off screen left and right but not up off screen.  There are no minimize options.
