Hi,

tldr: How to recover a project that was overwritten?

Long version: I just overwrote all my work for the past months because it was saved in a "untitled" project and I didn't understand that starting a new project untitled (didn't know how I chose a name for it at start) removed all the old stuff.

Is there any way to recover my old project that have _all_ my work and setting and all I used to remember how to use Premiere Pro for the next time I was gonna use it?

Please help I'm freaking out here.

Look for a folder called "Adobe Premiere Pro Auto-Save" which is usually saved in the same location as your project file. That is where Auto Save will have been saving backup copies of your project. Then look at the Date Created on the projects in there.

The only way to recover the project is to either use a backup if you have one or use an auto saved version. Search for *.prproj in a file manager such as Explorer/Finder to find all project files.
