Parts of UI/Display/Workspaces not showing up and more

Hey,

So I've run into the A slew of issues with premiere out of the blue. First: parts of the UI won't show up until I click around for a bit. Second, whenever I click, premiere is registering it as if I was holding down M1. Third: My time slider is unresponsive and visually stuck in one place until I click again for a bit. Premiere was working fine. but then these all just happened at once, and have never happened to me before. Any help would be great.
