pb sortie son premier pro 2023

bonjour,

en mettant ma source AV dans la timeline, le son ne sort pas

malgré le level vert à droite en mouvement

ou en double clic sur le fichier audio dans son lecteur, le curseur avance mais aucun son audible.

je suis allée verifier dans les preference que je suis bien en entrée audio > macbook pro par defaut

sortie > macbook pro

comment faire ?

Not sure what the problem is, but try changing your mac sound output to your desired output device and adjusting output volume

I tried also and nothing changes..

do you advice me to delate and install again it ?

first, try resetting your audio input to "none." This often fixes this issue. I've seen some anomalies on my system when my mac system audio output device is different from the premiere audio output device... Try matching them and making sure the mac audio output level is sufficient.
