Pc reboot when open Lumetri Scopes

Hello.

my pc just reboot when i open Lumetri scopes... this will happen 100% of times.

my specs are 

 

CPU : AMD Ryzen 9 5900X

Motherboard : Crosshair Hero VII WIFI

RAM : 32 gb

GPU : Nvidia GTX 3090 

OS: Windows 10

HDD : MVE M2 samsung PCIE 4

 

since with my specs i should be able to use this softweare whitout any issues, i'm wondering if it's a bug? there is any way to fix it?

Welcome to the community. I understand how frustrating this must be. Could you let us know your current Nvidia driver and Premiere Pro version? Are there any error messages or a blue screen with a stop code? We're here to help. Just need some more info.

forgot to say that there is no error message or blue screen, just pc freeze for few seconds than will be rebooted

Thanks for sharing the info. Is the driver Studio or Game Ready one? If it's the Game Ready one, please try performing a clean installation of the most recent Studio Drivers. Have you overclocked your GPU, CPU, or RAM? If so, try rolling back to defaults.
