Permanently decrease the size of the Premiere Pro NEW PROJECT/OPEN PROJECT/HOME window?

After closing a project in Premiere Pro 2022, the NEW PROJECT/OPEN PROJECT/HOME window pops up and fills the entire screen.  I'm able to click and drag the corner of it to decrease its size temporarily, but it resets to Godzilla-size after Premiere is closed and reopened.  Is there a way to change the size of window to a permanently smaller size?  Thx~

Unfortunately there is no option to make it smaller permanently, but you can avoid seeing it by going to Edit > Preferences > General and next to "At Startup" change it to "Open Most Recent".
