pink green screen

This problem just started recently.  When I put the raw footage on the timeline the colors look muted.  Sometimes there will be a wide swath of pink or green down the screen and then it'll flicker back to the normal color.  This happened on a previous project I was working on and it doesn't fix itself when it is exported.  I've updated to the latest driver, updated to the latest version of Premiere Pro,  Renderer is on Mercury Playback Engine Software Only and I am still having the problem.  I don't know what else I can do.

Hi Ann,  I did all of those things and the pink and green is still there.
