Pitch shift has stopped working in premiere for me

Hi. Has anyone dealt with pitch shift effect not working? I can apply it to a clip but it doesn't actually change the pitch of the clip.

anyone find a solution for this because it's slowing down my whole process, and going into audition for a billion different clips for one character who I need to make have a deeper voice is a horrible waste of time 😕😕

im using the 22 Ed with windows 2010 and i99900k intel with 128 gigs of Ram and a 3090rtx
